RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

All sales are final.

Due to the digital nature of our products, programs, courses, memberships, coaching services, workshops, downloadable materials, educational content, and digital resources, no refunds, exchanges, credits, transfers, cancellations, or partial refunds will be provided except where required by applicable law.

By purchasing any digital product, course, membership, coaching service, workshop, program, downloadable resource, or educational material from Self Consult BV, you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that performance begins immediately upon purchase.

Where applicable under consumer protection laws, you expressly waive any statutory withdrawal, cancellation, cooling-off, or right-of-withdrawal period that would otherwise apply to digital content supplied electronically once access has been granted.

No refunds, credits, exchanges, cancellations, or payment reversals will be granted due to:

• Change of mind

• Buyer's remorse

• Failure to use the product

• Failure to complete the product

• Failure to attend coaching calls, workshops, or events

• Personal circumstances

• Illness, injury, disability, medical conditions, hospitalization, or health-related issues

• Relationship changes, separation, reconciliation, divorce proceedings, custody matters, family circumstances, or legal proceedings

• Financial hardship

• Loss of employment or changes in financial circumstances

• Dissatisfaction with results

• Failure to achieve desired outcomes

• Technical issues caused by your own equipment, internet connection, software, or devices

• Lack of time

• Relocation or travel

• Pregnancy, parental responsibilities, or family obligations

• Any other personal circumstance beyond our control

If you select a payment plan, you remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments regardless of participation, attendance, usage, implementation, results achieved, personal circumstances, or whether you complete the program.

Stopping participation, leaving a program, choosing not to use the materials, or failing to access the content does not release you from your payment obligations.

If a genuine technical issue prevents access to purchased content due solely to an error on our side, please contact support@isabelleulenaers.com and we will make reasonable efforts to restore access.
